BRIEF SUMMARY
This project aims at improving the intellectual, physical and emotional development of North Kivu’s younger population, the most vulnerable part of the victims of deadly armed conflict. It will be done through the building of a Center for Humanitarian Aid, “Boscolac”, located next to Goma’s displaced camps Mugunga 1 and 2. This center will be a source of aid activities for the war victims, particularly the displaced population of neighboring camps, and it will bring relief to their suffering, it will guarantee their basic needs, will protect their fundamental rights and will stop the process of socioeconomic collapse of families and communities, preparing them for future disasters and for resettlement when the right time comes.
